We have an exclusive for readers of Elizabeth Reyes’ FATE series – the heroes of the series decided they wanted to give back and answer any burning questions reader had for them. First up to the plate – Vince from Fate!
Here’s what he had to say in response to your questions:
1) Does Rose talk to Ben at all?
As far as I know she still keeps in touch occasionally via social media. But she doesn’t have any kind of communication with him outside of that.
2) Vince you say you loved Rose so much than why didn’t you have your brother go tell her the truth instead of just writing the letters?
Because at first things were bad enough. I didn’t want to complicate anything by having her know the truth until everything was settled and I was in the military. And then I told her the truth. The whole truth. I just didn’t realize she’d never read the letters. I assumed she didn’t want anything to do with me. Especially after I found out she’d moved on and was seeing someone else.
3) As we know your parents forced you to attend the Moreno party where you first met Rose, My question is where do you think you would be now if you hadn’t gone to that family party?
I have no idea but I do believe it was my Fate to meet and fall in love with Rose. With her being my cousin’s wife sister, I have no doubt we would’ve eventually met her and inevitably fallen for her.
4) What is your favorite memory of your lady?
There are many but one of the most memorable is showing her how and being her first kiss ever.
5) Would you go back and change anything with your lady?
Absolutely nothing. I’ve always said it and still say it to this day. She’s faultless.
6) Vince and Enzo, did your mom ever find out that bra in the back of Enzo’s car, after Vince returned home, was Rose’s?
LOL No there was never a reason to bring it up.
7) What happened to Anita? I hope her and her brothers are in a happier place 🙂
Last I heard she is. She’d moved in with an aunt out of state and took the boys with her.
8) If anyone else in amongst the family and friends could get their story written that deserves one who would you pick and why also have you heard any rumours from Elizabeth?
Don’t quote me on this but I believe I overheard something about a possible baseball player friend of my cousins and maybe one or more of Nathan’s firefighter buddies. But it was very vague so that’s all I have for you.
Catch up with Brandon from BREAKING BRANDON on March 13th!
About FATE
When Rose tagged along with her big sister to a baby shower the last thing she expected was to meet a guy. But this wasn’t just any guy. This was the exciting, sexy as sin, way out of her league black sheep of his family–Vincent Moreno. Even more surprising, this heart-stopping bad boy seemed interested in her.
Fate always had a way of interfering in Vince’s best-laid plans. His forced attendance to his annoyingly perfect cousin’s baby shower was no different. He was sure to be bored out of his skull, but instead, he met sweet little Rosie Zendejas.
What begins as a unlikely friendship between two very different teens turns into one of the most intense and passionate relationships that neither ever saw coming. But just like it had so many times in Vince’s troubled past, Fate steps in once again, threatening to take away the one thing he can’t seem to even breathe without now–Rose.
